Lo mejor que puedo, estoy tratando de sumergirme en español. Estoy pensando en mí mismo viviendo en México o Guatemala, por ejemplo. Todos los medios que escucho están en español. Cuando conduzco el coche, tengo el dial puesto en radio hablada en español. Lo mismo cuando me voy a dormir por la noche. Transmito programas de radio en español a través de Internet. También estoy tomando la clase de español una vez por semana con Ismar y estoy haciendo la tarea de español todos los días. Parte de esto incluye Escuchar las pistas de idiomas (accesibles en YouTube) y luego trabajo constantemente en el entorno de aprendizaje de Duolingo. Todavía no he llegado al lugar donde puedo escuchar música española por completo, pero creo que no está muy lejos en el horizonte. Realmente, REALMENTE desearía tener una persona, un hablante nativo, con quien pudiera hablar todos los días, aunque solo sea por 15 minutos a la vez.

To the best of my abilities, I'm trying to immerse myself in Spanish. I'm thinking of myself as living in Mexico or Guatemala for example. All of the media I'm listening to is in Spanish. When driving the car, I have the dial set to Spanish talk radio. The same thing when I go to sleep at night. I stream Spanish talk radio via the internet. I'm also taking the once weekly Spanish class with Ismar and I'm doing Spanish homework on a daily basis. Part of this includes Listening to the Language Tracks (accessible on YouTube) and then I'm steadily working my way through the Duolingo learning environment. I haven't quite gotten to the place where I'm able to listen to Spanish music entirely, but I think that it's not far away over the horizon. I really, REALLY wish I had a person -- a native speaker -- with whom I could speak each and every single day, even if for only 15 minutes at a time.
