Hoy estaba pensando en algo discutido en Language Transfer (LT) que me gustaría revisar. Es algo que me causa dificultad personalmente. Es esa palabra "lo". Si observa la transcripción de LT*, puede ver algunas discusiones iniciales de "lo" en las páginas 25 y 26 (Pista 5). También puede ver más discusiones en la Pista 8 (pág. 42) y en la Pista 12 (a partir de la página 67). Todavía estoy tratando de entender esto, así que no puedo ofrecer muchos más comentarios en este momento. En la Pista 11 (p. 65) y en la Pista 22 (p. 139) y en la Pista 38 (p. 219) hay una discusión sobre las palabras "pequeñas"

                       te, yo, lo, los, la, las

que van antes del verbo modificado. Así que "I want it" en español es "Lo quiero".

Today I was thinking about something discussed in Language Transfer (LT) that I'd like to revisit. It's something that causes difficulty for me personally. It's that word "lo". If you look at the transcript for LT*, you can see some initial discussions of "lo" on pp. 25 & 26 (Track 5). You can also see more discussions of it in Track 8 (p. 42) and in Track 12 (starting on p. 67). I'm still trying to get a handle on this, so I can't make offer too many more comments at this time. In Track 11 (p. 65) and in Track 22 (p. 139) and in Track 38 (p. 219) there's a discussion on the "little" words

                       te, me, lo, los, la, las

which come before the changed verb. So "I want it" in Spanish is "Lo quiero".
